Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  By accessing this website, you are agreeing to act within accordance to and agree to the terms and conditions listed below.  Lilleerosefloral.com reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions without notice. 

 

Fresh Products Are Not Refundable

Fresh Roses Are A Natural Product, Rose Colors Are Subject to Change

We truly take pride in every product that we print and want to make sure that you are receiving something that you can truly be proud of. Best efforts are made to match the web representation of the rose color, however the delivered color is subject to the closet possible color availability.  If the order specific color is out of stock, we will do our best to reach you before the delivery times.  However, there may be a tint difference due to the organic nature of the product.

Order Processing

In order to keep your favorite pieces available at their lowest rates possible, we regularly offer customized messages as standard.  In most cases, the production is completed within a day of the order placed.  However, sometimes the printing requires additional processing.  Therefore, we request all our customers to allow 3 business days from the time the order is received to the scheduled delivery date for a standard text order.  Please allow up to 4 business days from the time the order is received to the scheduled delivery date for custom text and image orders. 

Order Shipping and Delivery

All orders are delivered within the Twin Cities Metropolitan area and are delivered by a third-party service.  Flowers are a fresh product and are required to be shipped immediately once production is complete. We currently charge a flat rate for delivery. We cannot arrange for delivery on or before certain times of the day.  The delivery time depends on when the third-party driver will be in the delivery area with a time frame of 1pm to 5:00pm. Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided.  Incorrect address information would include, missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip code, incorrect state, multiple addresses listed in the street field or any other error given by the customer.  Since we are using a third-party delivery company, in no case shall Lilleerosefloral.com be liable for any consequential or actual damages resulting from any delay in delivery.  All customers must agree to not hold Lilleerosefloral.com liable for any delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.  Shipment and delivery dates are estimates based upon timeframes provided by our suppliers and are subject to change.  Lilleerosefloral.com will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met.  However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process.  In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, we will notify the customer regarding any delivery delays as quickly as possible.  However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation. Rest assured, once the freshest stock is printed, they are shipped without any further delay.  Please note:  At this time, we only servicing the Twin Cities Metropolitan area of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Order Approval

When a customer submits their own design, the customer is fully responsible for the final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.  Lilleerosefloral.com is not liable for any errors in a final product caused by the following reasons:  mispelling, graphics, grammar, bleeds, damaged font or punctuation.

Order Cancellation

All sales are final.  However, if you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us and we will do our best to address your concern.  Lilleerosefloral.com can assist you with cancelling any order prior to approval within 24 hours of ordering.  However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email.  Any work done on an order prior to cancellation, including graphic design, labor, printing, machine setup, or finishing services are subject to charges, and are the responsibility of the order submission or order cancellation customer, depending on circumstances.  No refunds are to be issued for any logo design or graphic services.

Lilleerosefloral.com's policy also states that you cannot use explicit language or pornography, on printed materials and merchandise, and we reserve the right to refuse to print any product at any time with or without reason. Any and all provided customer content may be used in our advertising or as a reference sample.
